The settlement was mediated by the Honorable William E. Gomolinski of ADR Systems. Judge Gomolinski, who has had a successful 11-year career on the bench and 21 years as an attorney, is highly regarded for his ability to resolve complex cases.<\/p>\n<p>This settlement includes $90 million to a client of Wise Law who survived, but suffered life-changing injuries and $50 million to the wife of a worker who died, represented by Romanucci &amp; Blandin. The case was complex as the multiple Defendants were represented by several different law firms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Plaintiffs\u2019 legal team and our clients appreciate the attention to detail and consideration of the many facets of this case by Judge Gomolinski during the six-month mediation,\u201d said Attorney <a href=\"\/attorney\/robert-j-bingle\/\">Robert J.
